awful wifi not warm pool
the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. personable service was provided.

disappointing spa experience
cold pool uninterested staff
the hotel location was convenient, near many attractions.
I was told spa access was included but the spa was not good at all. the pool was cold. I couldn't relax. the staff seemed uninterested in providing information about the spa facilities, so i didn't even use them.
